These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website operated by the Northwest Institute on Intimacy ("NWIOI", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms.
What this site is
This website is an informational and intake portal for NWIOI's programs, faculty network, and continuing-education offerings. Submitting a form does not constitute admission, enrollment, a contract for services, or a faculty appointment. Acceptance into a program, the network, or the faculty is at NWIOI's discretion and is communicated separately in writing.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate, current information when filling out any form.
- Do not impersonate another person or submit information you do not have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security measures, scrape data, or submit automated traffic.
- Do not upload or link to content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that contains protected health information about identifiable third parties.
Intellectual property
Content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and the NWIOI name — is owned by NWIOI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Submissions you make
When you submit a form, you grant NWIOI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information you provide for the purposes of evaluating, responding to, and following up on your submission, and for our internal recordkeeping.
